課程概述

The purpose of current course is to teach study the metabolic regulation mechnaism and the effect of nutrients on the expression of related genes. Research methods and approaches will be emphsized. Lectures are designes to teach students the function of nutrients, the regulation of nutrient metabolism, the role of hormones and nutritional status. 

課程目標
 Know the nutrients well and know the metabolic pathway. Know the big picture of nutrient metabolsim. 
課程要求
 Score=33％ assignment I+33％ In-class-discussion+34％ Paper discussion report.
